I remember when I was about 5 or 6 I was in the washroom and there was water on the floor the puddle was as big as a composition book and I stepped in it. I flew down the hallway like I was a on a rollercoaster. BAM I ran into the wall, and got SO dizzy because of all the blood and to top it off it felt like my head was on fire. I thought I was going to passed out.
I Woke up in a hospital when the nurse came in and told me everything was going to be ok. It was already scary but then she came in with stiches! It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, it felt like I got hit in the head with a chapter book six times it hurt but it was not so bad.
My dad was very proud of me he said, ’’Good job Isabelle you didn't cry im so proud of you”. And then the nurse came in and she said, ”WOW I think she is the first kid not to cry getting stitches”. I saw her holding something, IT WAS A TEDDY BEAR!
That day I learned to be more careful when i'm in the washroom, to clean up my messes and even other people's messes so that everyone can be safe and not fall. I also learned how brave I was that day and how things are sometimes not as bad as they seem.
